Description
Takao rectangular table, designed by the Japanese architect Hiroyuki Toyoda and produced in the first half of the 80s by Bononia. Bononia, together with the designer, was part of the current of industrial design furniture started by Dino Gavina, a central figure in the Bolognese design scene between the 60s and 80s. The table is composed of: four cylindrical metal feet with brass inserts, a steel box frame, which acts as a support for the top, a glass top about 2 cm thick, ground along the perimeter. Dimensions: Width 198 cm x Depth 93 cm x Height 72 cm. The table can be disassembled and is in good general condition, with slight signs of use that are barely visible. Simple lines but extremely careful in the details, for a piece with a strong visual impact that best represents the aesthetics of the 1980s. Direct origin from the manufacturing company. Perfect for modern settings or as a statement piece in contemporary decor.
