Description
This antique 18th century wrought iron single bed is truly spectacular. An elaborate wrought iron decoration with many curls and scrolls. The iron is completely hand-worked, also note the hand-hammered nails. Embellished with a golden hand painting that gives light. This type of bed in Italy is called peacock because the rich decoration recalls the beautiful peacock tail. The feet end with brass wheels. The wheels are old and original but do not compromise the stability of the bed. The bed dimensions are single for one person. Internal dimensions: L 97 x 195 cm. Please note, this bed will be shipped disassembled. Please check the internal and external measurements correctly before placing an order. The bed does not come with slats and mattress.
