Description
Porcelain salt and pepper set consisting of 3 pieces, made in 1970 by Richard Ginori for the Alitalia Linea 72 breakfast service. A collectible item of great historical value, the result of a project by Ambrogio Pozzi and Joe Colombo in collaboration with Ignazia Favata, which perfectly combines functionality and the aesthetics of 1970s Italian design. The set features a circular base in white porcelain, with a dark brown glazed upper section featuring two oval recesses to hold the salt and pepper shakers. The two cylindrical pieces, minimal and well-proportioned, complete the set with a clean and rational design. Measurements: salt and pepper holder diameter 10 cm and height 2.5 cm; salt and pepper shakers height 4 cm. The item is in excellent condition, never used, with no marks, cracks, or chips. An authentic collectible, perfect for lovers of Italian design, mid-century modern, and Alitalia memorabilia.
