Description
This floor lamp was designed by renowned Japanese architect Kazuhide Takahama and crafted by the Italian brand Sirrah around 1980. Featuring a steel frame in a sophisticated satin gold finish and a solid pietra serena sandstone base, this lamp offers both stability and timeless elegance. Distinctive brass sphere accents add a refined, recognizable touch to the design. The lamp provides soft, indirect lighting upwards, creating a warm and ambient atmosphere perfect for living rooms, bedrooms, or reading corners. It includes a brass spherical dimmer switch, allowing you to easily adjust the brightness to your preference. Light bulb included. This iconic vintage floor lamp is also referenced in specialized design literature, notably by V. Vercelloni in *L'avventura del design: Gavina* (Jaca Book, Milan, 1987).
