The THONET Cantilever S 847 has an enveloping shell with impressive armrests that stands out for its decisive and elegant design. Designed by the German designers Christian Lepper, Roland Schmidt and Uwe Sommerlade in 2005. Elegant and ergonomic shape of the seat, made with a beech wood structure, padded with polyurethane foam and then covered in cream-colored Tuscan tanned leather with visible stitching. The wide and comfortable seat contrasts with the light chromed steel sled frame. The chair is in excellent condition and comes from a Thonet exhibition hall. This piece is a show model. There may be slight traces of use on the leather surfaces.
