Description
Set of two cheese knives designed by Franco Bettonica for the OPI Milano studio in 1973 and produced by Cini&Nils, now out of production. The first knife is designed for hard cheeses, with a blade sharpened on one side and wedge-shaped, ideal for detaching flakes with precision. The second, on the other hand, is designed for soft cheeses: the blade, higher than the handle, allows a clean cut with a simple pressure and facilitates the transfer of the cut piece. The latter also has a non-stick mesh. Both knives have never been used, are sold in excellent condition and complete with the original packaging. The soft cheese knife has a handle with a diameter of 1.6 cm, a blade 13.6 cm long and a total length of 28 cm. The hard cheese knife has a 2.2 cm handle, a 9 cm blade and measures 17 cm overall.
