Brentano round glass dining table by Emf Progetti

Brentano table designed by Emaf Progetti for Zanotta in 1982, a rigorous and iconic expression of 1980s Italian design. The tabletop is made of crystal glass with beveled edges and a thickness of 15 mm, while the structure is composed of five removable legs in 18/8 stainless steel painted black, with a diameter of 100 mm, screwed onto stainless steel bases welded directly to the glass. The table measures 115 cm in diameter and 72 cm in height. For this specific piece, the glass top has been preserved in its original packaging and is in excellent condition. The legs have been remade according to the original design, also in black-painted steel, and the central disk is made of gray PVC. Emaf Progetti is a studio founded in 1982 by Aurelio Zanotta; since 1991, it has been run by his successors, operating in the fields of design, interior furnishings, installations, and visual communication. Their products have received numerous international awards and are now displayed in the collections of major museums.
