Pair of original Mid-Century Modern wall lamps (sconces) designed by renowned Swedish designer Carl Fagerlund for the prestigious Orrefors glassworks in collaboration with Lyfa in the 1960s. These iconic pieces stand out for their solid textured glass shades in a leaf shape, which create an incredible light refraction effect, reminiscent of sculpted ice, giving rooms a unique and captivating charm. The polished brass structure, complete with the original decorative bolts, adds elegance and character, while the natural patina provides authentic vintage appeal. Each sconce is fitted for two E14 (candelabra) bulbs, not included, and is in excellent condition: the glass is intact, with no chips or cracks, and the brass retains a finish consistent with its age. These sconces represent the highest level of Scandinavian design, perfect for elevating sophisticated interior spaces.
