Vienna is an extraordinarily comfortable and elegant chair designed by the French designer Emmanuel Gallina who loves to quote Brancusi when he says that simplicity is complexity resolved. Inspired by the 50s, but also by the Vienna of the end of the 19th century, it is a tribute to the American pragmatism of Alfred Sloan combined with the European style and, in this particular case, the renowned Italian talent which constantly aims to harmonize beauty and functionality. In solid black stained beech and padded and lined seat and back, it has some not very obvious marks on the lacquering of the back.
