Modular Sofa Bogo by Carlo Bartoli (1970s)

A masterpiece of Italian 1970s design, the Bogo seating system was created by Carlo Bartoli for the renowned Rossi di Albizzate manufacturer, belonging to the iconic Safari Line. This modular set consists of five independent units (each 100 cm, total width 500 cm in a linear arrangement), allowing for maximum flexibility in layout: linear, corner, or separate block configurations. The structure combines technical polycarbonate feet and a polyurethane shell, while the seat and backrest are upholstered in soft ochre leather. The base and sides feature beige suede, creating a refined contrast of materials. This is an original vintage piece from 1970, with both structure and comfort well preserved. The suede shows signs of use, rings, and stains due to age, while the ochre leather has retained its natural patina and characteristic creases. The sofa is fully removable and ready for professional restoration to even out the suede color.
