The carpet takes its name from the homonymous tribes of Turkish origin that in the seventeenth century began to migrate to Persia and in particular to the Qashqai area. Of rare beauty, with symbols drawn from ancient and mysterious nomadic traditions using precious and shiny wools. Produced in the middle of '900, hand-knotted. Quantity of Nodes: 360,000 per square meter. Warp in cotton and two-pass weft and fleece in wool.
This rug is hand knotted and therefore there may be slight differences in shape, thickness and pattern. This is particularly noticeable in rural and nomadic carpets. The slight imperfections of these hand-made artifacts increase their value and attest to the craftsmanship of the workmanship.
