Description
Sofa with peninsula designed by Antonio Citterio for B&B Italia, characterized by a chromed metal tubular structure on which the fabric straps that support the cushions intertwine. The sofa is extremely up-to-date as it plays on removing any covering element from the skeleton which, left in sight, changes from a technical element to a decorative one, highlighting the poetry of the detail. The ingenious mechanism that allows, by means of a lever, to raise the padding of the corner cushion obtaining a chaise longue. The sofa is in good condition, with the advantage that any repairs or replacements of the textile or padding parts are really facilitated by the constructive logic.
