Description
20th-century English trumeau. Two-body cabinet made of walnut, burl, beech, mahogany, and fruit woods. The lower section features two smaller parallel drawers and two larger bottom drawers offering good storage capacity, plus a drop-down writing desk. The inside of the writing desk is equipped with numerous small drawers, various document compartments, and a spacious, functional writing surface (see photo). The upper section has two doors with inset antique-style mirrors and two small pull-out candle holders (see photo). The interior includes a shelf and a base shelf (see photo). The cabinet comes with two working keys (for the drop-down desk and upper doors), making it ideal for placement in a living room or study and as stylish décor. In good condition with minor signs of age.
