Ray sofa by Antonio Citterio

Ray represents an extremely successful design system, thanks above all to the great modularity component, which characterizes all the seats. The Ray sofa by B&B Italia was designed by Antonio Citterio in 2012 and takes inspiration from the best seller Charles, where the simple and minimal lines take inspiration, as do the shape of the armrest and backrest. Ray stands out for the characteristic sartorial detail represented by the blanket stitch that runs along the profiles of the covering, it can be hidden, with a matching color or it can be highlighted with a contrasting colour. The sofa rests on a beautiful foot made of bronzed nickel or black chrome painted aluminium, they are connected with a bar that runs along the short sides of the modules. The Ray sofa by B&BItalia is finally completed by a series of free cushions of different sizes which enhance its aesthetic and functional factor, given that they offer safe support for the back, guaranteeing comfort and support.
