Description
The Cylindrical Fork, designed by Franco Bettonica for OPI Milano, is an iconic piece from the famous Cylindrical Bar Collection produced by Cini&Nils in 1969. This example, in excellent condition, never used and complete with original packaging, represents a combination of functionality and elegance in design. Designed to facilitate the grip of olives, pickles, fruit in liqueur and other foods even inside deep containers, the Cylindrical Fork stands out for its essential yet ingenious design. The end of a cylindrical stainless steel bar has been shaped to obtain two rounded prongs, which do not prick but penetrate easily, ensuring a secure grip even on the most slippery foods. With a diameter of 6 mm and a length of 210 mm, the body of the fork is brushed longitudinally, while the prongs and terminal are mirror-polished, giving it a refined appearance. The carefully detailed packaging is made of two-color printed cardboard, adding a further element of value to this collectible and practical tool.
