BRAND HISTORY
Description
Celestia Pendant Lamp, designed by Tobia Scarpa and produced by Flos around 1980, is one of the finest examples of decorative lighting from Italian design of that era. The diffuser is made from white cream draped linen fabric, enhanced by an elegant red trim that gives the model its distinct character and recognizability. The structure features a central section in white-painted metal, from which chrome-plated metal spokes extend to harmoniously support and shape the fabric lampshade. The lamp emits a warm, soft, and enveloping light, making it ideal for living rooms or formal dining areas. Thanks to its large size, it is particularly suitable for rooms of at least 20 square meters, where it becomes a true statement piece. In excellent condition, it comes complete with the Flos logo on the central part and the original label on the diffuser, confirming its authenticity and collectible value. The light bulb is included.
