A version of the iconic Maralunga sofa, upholstered in the original vintage fabric. Designed by Milanese architect Vico Magistretti in 1973, Maralunga is produced by the famous Italian brand Cassina, which began production in 1974. The innovative feature of the design is the possibility of modifying the backrest and armrests, allowing the sofa to have a low profile or to be transformed to offer greater support thanks to a higher backrest and wider armrests, adapting to different comfort needs. In 1979, the Maralunga sofa won the prestigious Compasso d'Oro award for design and became part of the permanent collection of the MoMA in New York, confirming itself as a fundamental piece in the history of design.
