The Lullaby bed, designed by Luigi Massoni in 1967 for Poltrona Frau, is an iconic piece of Italian design that has stood the test of time and has remained timeless. The wooden base, mounted on wheels, allows for easy and fluid rotation in any direction. The headboard features leather cushions, supported by a solid chrome-plated steel spring structure. Although the original leather has been replaced, a leather of the same color was chosen, preserving the authenticity of the design. The custom-made orthopedic mattress is new and almost unused, while the base has been replaced with a board. The bed, purchased in 1969, has accompanied the family home numerous times and, about fifteen years ago, was carefully restored, upholstered in leather that recalls the original.
