Pair of LC2 armchairs in black leather

Elegant pair of LC2 armchairs by MDF Italia, upholstered in soft and thick black Tuscan hammered leather (2.5 mm), in excellent condition. They show minimal and almost imperceptible signs of use, maintained with great care and attention over time. The upholstery of the cushions is in high quality leather, compact and well aligned. The seat and back cushions are soft, full and welcoming, offering maximum comfort. The external structure, with an essential and sophisticated design, is in mirror-chromed steel, shiny and free of defects. Designed between 1927 and 1928 by the famous trio of architects Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand, the LC2 armchair – also known as Fauteuil Grand Confort – is one of the undisputed icons of 20th century design.
