Beschreibung
Created for the exhibition of the Belgian architect and designer Lydia Kumel as part of the 1997 Fuori Salone, by Inter Nos Gallery, this limited edition lamp from the Velzet Belgium Designers collection looks like a rectangular parallelepiped in transparent plexiglass. For fans of minimal design it can be installed on the wall or simply placed as a furnishing accessory or small light sculpture. The light source is a tiny 50cm fluorescent neon light. Object dimensions: 57 cm, length 11 cm short side, height 6 cm, transparent electric wire with copper-coloured bipolar strip, 170 cm long. Metallic On/Off switch. This project was initially born for the Parisian concept store Colette which wanted exclusivity on pieces made in blue.
