Ray is an extremely successful design system, thanks above all to the great modularity component that characterizes all the seats. The Ray sofa by B&B Italia was designed by Antonio Citterio in 2012 and takes inspiration from the best-selling Charles, where the simple and minimal lines, as well as the shape of the armrest and backrest, take inspiration. Ray stands out for its characteristic sartorial detail represented by the blanket stitching that runs along the profiles of the upholstery, it can be hidden, with a matching color or it can be highlighted with a contrasting color. The sofa rests on a beautiful foot made of aluminum painted bronzed nickel or black chrome, they are connected with a bar that runs along the short sides of the modules. The Ray sofa by B&B Italia is finally completed by a series of free cushions of different sizes that enhance its aesthetic and functional factor, since they offer a safe support for the back, ensuring comfort and support.
