The lampshade is made of elastic fabric, while the structure is made of pure brass, a material that can oxidize over time, but can be easily polished to restore its original shine. Romeo Rega, a famous Italian designer of the 20th century, began his career in a small workshop in Trastevere, working with wrought iron and discovering his extraordinary creative ability. In the 70s, during the golden age of design, Rega combined traditional artisan techniques with the use of new industrial materials such as brass, steel and perspex, giving life to the brand that bears his name.
