The Coclea table is a versatile piece of design that can be used as a coffee table, cocktail table, or dining table. Finished in high-gloss black lacquer, it has signs of wear typical of its age, such as scratches and small dents on the underside. This piece by Maison Jansen features a distinctive geometric shape and has four adjustable surfaces (petals) that can be raised via mechanized steel rods, allowing for varying dining heights. Buttons on each side release the platform, which can be raised to its maximum height. The high-gloss black lacquer gives the table an elegant look and makes it a focal point in any living room. The dimensions are variable height from 36.5 cm to 65 cm, width 126 cm, and depth 126 cm. The table is designed by Fabrizio Cocchia and Gianfranco Fini for Luigi Sormani and distributed by Maison Jansen in the 70s.
