Modern chandelier from the 70s by Gaetano Sciolari, a famous Italian designer active in the 60s, 70s and 80s. Sciolari is known for being the founder and first president of the Italian Association of Lighting Manufacturers. In the 1960s he became the first Italian lamp manufacturer to land on the US market, quickly gaining international fame thanks to his innovative and sophisticated design. This chandelier, equipped with 10 bulbs, has been present in an apartment since 1980 and is still in perfect working order. It has never been moved, and shows only minor signs of wear due to the passage of time. The model does not have a visible brand.
