Mite floor lamp by Foscarini designed by Marc Sadler in 2000. Made with an innovative mix of fiberglass and Kevlar in which the union of the two materials acts as decoration and structure, giving life to a seductive and slender design, so much so that it won the Compasso d'Oro ADI award in 2001. The elegant shape of this lamp widens upwards, projecting a unique beam of light. The lamp, being one of the first production examples, shows some signs due to the passage of time such as small stains on the base (which however can be treated with specific products), and yellowing at the end of the luminous stem (which however is not visible when the lamp is turned on).
