An icon of Made in Italy design, the Boby trolley was designed by Joe Colombo for Bieffeplast in the 1970s. Joe Colombo received the SMAU award in 1971 for his design. Boby is permanently in the collection of the MoMA and the Triennale di Milano. It was initially designed for architects thanks to its multiple and functional drawers and spaces. It offers ample storage space thanks to the pull-out drawers (3 drawers) and trays for taller objects, it is equipped with wheels that allow it to be moved easily. It bears the designer's signature on the lower shelf. It was given to me by a Japanese architect when he moved to Tuscany. It is in fair condition, the drawers work perfectly but the ABS has some signs of use and a small missing part in front of a wheel. Dimensions: H. cm. 73 W. cm. 43 D. cm. 41
