Cleopatra Daybed by Dick Cordemeijer. In good condition with a dull gray steel frame and teak panels to the foot ends and headboard. The steel structure has minor signs of wear, as do the teak panels. The steel springs of the bed are impeccable and bear the Auping logo. The foam padding was renewed some time ago and covered with a nice yellow/white cotton fabric, which can be changed quickly with a zipper. The fabric has minimal signs of wear. Cordemeijer designed this day bed in the 1950s for the Dutch manufacturer Auping and created a light, timeless and variable seat that met the taste of the time and still has a large following today
