Progettata da Perry King e Santiago Miranda per Arteluce nel 1983, questa splendida lampada a sospensione Aurora 1040 è in ottime condizioni, testata e perfettamente funzionante. Tre alogene da 50W forniscono luce diretta e diffusa. La lampada pende da un soffitto a cupola bianca, che contiene il trasformatore. Designed by Perry King and Santiago Miranda for Arteluce in 1983, this gorgeous Aurora 1040 pendant light is in very good condition, tested and properly working. The pendant sandwiches a transparent methacrylate disk between two textured glass plates, on which a metal rounded rail serves as a conductor and brings the electricity to the other lamps by creating a circuit. Three 50W halogens provide direct and diffused light. The lamp hangs from a white domed ceiling cap, which contains the transformer. The suspension wires are adjustable for different heights or angled ceilings.
